A: Dry cleaning is a method of removing stains from fabrics by using solvents and little or no water.

Q: What is wet cleaning?
A:  Wet Cleaning is a method in garment cleaning, utilizing gentle washing machines, biodegradable soaps and conditioners, computerized dryers and various types of pressing and re-shaping equipments that may be specialized for many different fabric and fiber types.

Q: Is it ok to leave my garments in the plastic bags from the dry cleaners?
A: Because plastic bags inhibit your garments’ ability to breath (and can promote mildew growth) we do not recommend that you store fabrics in plastic bags for long periods of time.

Q: Is there a minimum for your pick-up and delivery service?
A: A minimum of 4 garments is required to use our pick-up and delivery service.

Q: Do you offer wedding gown cleaning and preservation services?
A: Yes, please contact us for more information about our wedding gown services and pricing.

Q: Do you use Perc?
A: No. We use K-4 which is an innovative, and highly efficient cleaning procedure that is a proven environmentally friendly and an absolutely safe cleaning process.

Q: How do I pay for services?
A: Billing options are:

  1. Credit card on file and secured charged weekly.
  2. Invoice via postal unit or email sent monthly.
  3. Pay at store.

Q: How do you keep credit card info safe?
A: Our highly secured server has features that is based upon a current encrypted technology model. These are the same technologies used in all of the fortune 1000 companies in America.

Q: Do you offer storage?
A: Yes, we will hold and store your garments on site for. Please ask us for pricing.
